| Shipping is extra and all items. We ship anywhere in the world. We use the
postal service, UPS, FEDEX, Truck and most services as requested. USA and
international shipments are shipped from the USA, not Canada, in order to
avoid customs hassles and delays caused by the Canadian postal system. We
will NOT falsify customs documents by declaring lower values or "gift"
items, so please do not ask. We operate our company on that basis of
integrity and trust, so all business is done "above board".
Canadian shipments will be shipped from Canada by Express Post, UPS, FEDEX
or truck.
For heavy, delicate or irregular items, we custom build shipping crates in
our own 650 sq. ft. woodshop. We also use the Instapak foam-in-place packaging system both for
regular items in boxes or crates. This is the best packaging system
available anywhere, and I would strongly recommend it. We charge our cost of
materials (wood and foam in place material) when we ship in this way. This
way you can be assured that the item you purchase will arrive undamaged
